It would be great to have some social feature in your dApp instead of simply trading trading trading... Some user engagement can eventually boost the activities too.

It seems that a few options are already available in the market , for example embedding discord chat ( still cumbersome to my taste as there are just way too many channels than needed in Discord).

The intercome chat you had in your website is cool but it's for support only, not for user/user. Options like xmtp, groupfi etc. can be good to look into.
